Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Instacky operates, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in our jurisdiction, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
